Yesterday, I picked up my new trailer from Continental Trailers, and today I felt compelled to share my experience—something I rarely do. I ordered the trailer directly from the factory, and to my surprise, it arrived much sooner than expected and was exactly as ordered. The entire process, from start to finish, was incredibly smooth and professional, exceeding any experience I've had with previous purchases, including cars, motorcycles, and other trailers.
The team at Continental Trailers works seamlessly together, and every person I interacted with provided outstanding customer service. The owner, Scott, is hands-on and personable. He happened to be there the day I first visited and took the time to show me around the inventory and personally wrote up my order.
Before I left, I requested some fasteners be added to the trailer's interior, and Matt—who is equally personable—and his team of mechanics installed them exactly as I wanted. They even double-checked the lights and hookups to ensure I left safely.
What really sets Continental Trailers apart is their ability to handle all the paperwork, including registration and title, right on-site. This saved me a dreaded trip to the DMV. Eric patiently walked me through every step, ensuring all forms were filled out and signed correctly.
In comparison to my previous experience at another trailer company, where the service was poor, and the trailer turned out to be too large to handle, Continental Trailers delivered exceptional service at a competitive price.
